God’s glory ALWAYS shines!

The last week has been so busy!… Adjusting to Finley’s arrival home along with our already turbulent circumstances. First I’ll update everyone on Finley…

This kid might possibly the best baby in all the world! We’ve hardly heard him cry since he’s been born. He’s just so content. It’s as if he knew he was being thrown into this world in survival mode. We have to wake him up at night twice to eat… then he lays right back down without a fuss! He’s such a blessing & has been such a light during a dark time.

As for Keely… prepare yourself… she is doing FABULOUS. I mean REALLY fabulous! The last 2 days she has been back to her old self… spunky punky. No headaches, no leg or chest pains, no nauseau, not lethargic. It’s just been amazing! She has been so happy around Finley. She always wants to hold him & feed him & watch him take a bath. It’s been like our “old life” the last few days. I never doubted God. I never doubted His healing for Keely. We got the results from her bone marrow aspiration on Tues & it looks wonderful (which means the chemo is working & killing off all of the leukemia blasts). She is, however, started to show signs of some hair loss, but I am very positive that it’s going to affect me much more than her. We have bought her lots of hats & I went to AC Moore & bought like 20 really cool bandanas. The nurses at clinic on Tues told us that they wanted to prepare us that it’s when she looses her hair that she will “look sick”, but in the last week, all of her horrible bruises & the dark circles under her eyes have gone away… & to me, that’s what was making her look sick! She is a little bloated from the steriods, but her last dose was on Monday so it shouldn’t be too long before the swelling goes away. Since her diagnosis on March 29, she has moved from our bed to the couch with no energy to play… the last few days, she has hardly sat down! She’s been playing with Cale (which was a huge help for him since he just didn’t understand why his buddy was so sick). Things are going very well! It surely didn’t take long for her healing to start to manifest before our eyes.

We speak healing over her everyday. We listen to “healing confession” CD’s at night as we lie in bed, & we (Brian & I) as a couple have found a place to stand in faith & it is undeniably unshakable! *Eph 6:13 – Having done all… stand!”

I actually listen to the healing confessions CD that my Pastor put together. Maybe try googling it, or looking to see if Lifeway Christian Stores, or Family Christian stores have any good ones

Are those available for sale? I’ve found some healing scriptures but not exactly quite what I was looking for.

        Thanks!

They are definitely for sale… & only like 6 bucks or so. Just go to LWFC.org, click on “bookstore”, then click on “Confessions & Bible Promises”. It will give you all sorts of confession CD’s for different circumstances… healing, marriage, etc. Just pick what you want & order it.

    Thanks Venessa!
    I went ahead ordered them.
Got diagnosed with Leukemia a month ago as well, standing in faith against it! It was encouraging to read your blogs.

    Be blessed,
    Max
